INTRODUCTION
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Exhouse Trading (Pty) Ltd and products sold through the Exhouse Performance Parts Store. Acceptance of these terms is mandatory for any individual or entity ("Customer") intending to use or purchase our services or products.
PRODUCTS
Automotive exhaust parts provided by the Company are selected with care and subjected to stringent quality control standards. Products are supplied in accordance with South African laws and industry standards.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are as stated on the Store's price list and are subject to change by the Company without prior notice. All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT. Payments must be completed before orders are processed. Accepted payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, and online payment platforms.
ORDER AND DELIVERY
Customers may place orders online through the Store or via telephone. Upon order confirmation, a delivery date and time window will be scheduled. The Company is not liable for any delivery delays but will make reasonable efforts to inform the Customer of potential delays.
CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
Customers may cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing an order without any charge. Products purchased, excluding special orders, may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery provided they are in their original packaging and in a sellable condition. Shipping costs for returns will be borne by the Customer.
COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARKS
The names, logos, and related graphics of Exhouse Trading (Pty) Ltd and Exhouse Performance Parts are the proprietary trademarks of the Company. Unauthorized use of these materials in any form is prohibited.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the Customer's use of the products.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa, and any dispute arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
